Tuition costs: $160/class

Discounts:

12.5% if semester paid in full at the beginning of term

12.5% if taking more than 1 class a week

Monthly installments (Due by 15 September, 15 October, 15 November, 15 December)

1 class a week paid in monthly installments: $40/month

2 classes a week paid in monthly installments: $70/month

• All students must enroll for the full semester and make all payments on scheduled dates. We do not send bills.

• Tuition is not based on a single lesson or by the month, it is a semester fee covering the full semester

• Payments made after the due date will incur a service charge of $10

• There is a $25 charge for any returned check

• Students with outstanding accounts will not be admitted into class

• Please send written advance notice for a student missing class

• There are NO REFUNDS for voluntary withdrawal from the school or for a missed class

• Credit will be applied to a student’s account for prolonged illness or severe injury or disability, verified by a doctor’s certificate, beginning the day the office is notified

• KC Youth Ballroom reserves the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment

• A student that is currently enrolled may make-up missed classes. However, if payment for continued instruction is not received by the due date, then missed classes are forfeited. There will be no carryovers into the following session.
